The name VIST is inspired by the Latin visto , meaning to see or to perceive.
For us, seeing goes beyond visuals. It’s about noticing emotion, connection, and the moments that often pass quietly but stay with you forever.
We don’t stage weddings or manufacture emotion. We work calmly, stay out of the way, and earn trust through consistency and care. Every decision we make is guided by respect for the day, the people in the room, and the memories that can never be recreated.

Director
Symon is the founder and director of VIST, leading the creative vision behind every film. He oversees each project from planning through to final delivery, ensuring every wedding is captured with intention, care, and a strong cinematic identity.
With a calm, thoughtful approach, Symon focuses on storytelling that feels natural and honest, never staged or forced. He works closely with couples and the team to make sure every film reflects not just how the day looked, but how it truly felt.

Mizan
DOP
Mizan is one of VIST’s lead Directors of Photography and films the majority of our weddings. Known for his great personality and positive energy, he brings a calm, uplifting presence that helps couples feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the day.
With a natural eye for storytelling, he captures real moments as they happen, blending into the background while ensuring every important detail is beautifully documented. His approach is thoughtful and unobtrusive, resulting in films that feel genuine, timeless, and true to each couple.
Yasin
Photograper
Yasin is one of VIST’s main photographers, specialising in capturing candid moments that feel cinematic, as if taken straight from a film. His relaxed approach allows moments to unfold naturally, resulting in photographs that feel honest and timeless.
Calm, friendly, and unobtrusive, Yasin helps couples feel comfortable in front of the camera while ensuring the important moments are captured exactly as they happen.
