1. Services

VIST provides professional wedding videography services, including but not limited to filming, editing, and delivery of wedding films and related content. Specific deliverables, timelines, and inclusions are outlined in your individual booking agreement or package description.

2. Enquiries & Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by VIST.

  • A booking is only secured once a signed agreement and required deposit (if applicable) have been received.

  • Prices, packages, and inclusions are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms, deposits, and balances will be clearly stated in your booking agreement or invoice.

  • Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

  • All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.

  • Deposits are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • In the event of rescheduling, VIST will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

5. Creative Style & Editing

  • By booking VIST, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and accept our creative style.

  • Editing decisions, music selection, colour grading, and storytelling approach are at the creative discretion of VIST.

  • Requests for revisions may be limited and subject to additional fees, as outlined in your agreement.

6. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated but are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (including illness, technical issues, or force majeure events) will not constitute a breach of contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • VIST will take all reasonable care in delivering its services; however, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or emotional damages.

  • In the unlikely event of total failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

8. Force Majeure

VIST shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, accidents, equipment failure, or government restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All video content produced by VIST remains the intellectual property of VIST unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to view, share, and enjoy their wedding film.

  • VIST reserves the right to use footage for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing.

10. Advertising, Tracking & Website Use

Paid Advertising & Tracking

VIST may use paid advertising platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to promote our services.

As part of this process, we may use:

  • Tracking pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel)

  • Conversion tracking tags (e.g. Google Ads Conversion Tracking)

  • Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

These tools help us:

  • Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

  • Understand how users interact with our website

  • Improve marketing performance and user experience

Tracking technologies may collect anonymised or pseudonymised data such as:

  • Pages visited

  • Time spent on site

  • Actions taken (e.g. form submissions)
